serrage bielles Triumph

Quelqu'un aurait une explication du passage du couple de serrage des bielles 650 de 28lb.ft (3.9kg.m) jusqu'en 1972 à 22lb.ft (3kg.m) en 750 à partir de 1973 (cf workshop manuals) ?
Le forum US l'attribue au passage CEI vers UNF en 1969 , l'augmentation du pas permet une faible diminution du couple .
Shenton en parle aussi à propos d'un changement de couleur d'écrou !
J'ai posé la question pour les bielles de remplacement Harris T140 T120 (même boulonnerie) après foirage d'un filetage à 3,9 kg.m:

I’m afraid I can’t help you with that – there are many different opinions with regard to tightening con-rod bolts - dry threads, lubricated threads, use of locking fluid and using nut stretch measurement ..
Perhaps Harris might have more infomation..

The books are not correct for the conrod bolt torque, I would use 28Lbs/ft or 3.9 Kgs/m
